Archivist Era (2003–2012)
Preservation • Integrity • Respect for the Source
While others were downloading music,
I was archiving it.
I verified every:
- NFO
- SFV
- bit-rate
- rip log
- folder structure
Not because I was obsessive —
but because I respected the music.
The 200TB Archive
I built a RAID-6 server to preserve music at perfect quality.
Some music might disappear forever.
I wanted to keep the original sources alive.
Why This Era Matters
This era sharpened:
- file discipline
- technical precision
- metadata knowledge
- organization
- curatorial instinct
This made me the archivist I am —
long before Blind Fury was born.
